We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Reporting Analyst at the Perth CBD Office, on a Full-Time 12-Month Maximum Term basis, with a possibility of extension or Permanency.

- Design and develop interactive visual dashboards : Utilize your expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Qlik Sense to translate raw data into user-friendly, insightful dashboards that support strategic decision-making across the Commercial function.
- Champion system user adoption : Be the go-to expert for all system-related matters within Commercial. Provide proactive support and training to ensure users maximize system utilization and unlock its full potential for efficient procurement.
- Bridge the gap between data and action : Translate user needs into actionable insights through insightful dashboards and reports. Influence how users interact with the system and extract valuable information from the data they input.
- Play a pivotal role in end-to-end processes : Be deeply involved in the entire procurement data journey, from user interaction to insightful reporting. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement function.
- Translate data needs into actionable insights : Analyze stakeholder business data requirements and translate them into tailored reports that drive informed decision-making and strategic action.
- Empower users through data literacy : Bridge the gap between data and its value by providing in-house training and instruction manuals that enhance user proficiency in existing BI tools, unlocking their full potential.
- Champion impactful metrics : Shape and refine performance metrics that directly measure and boost Commercial performance, driving key business decisions with data-driven insights.
- Craft compelling monthly reports: Develop and share insightful monthly performance reports that illuminate critical trends and KPIs, empowering stakeholders across the Commercial function.
- Foster a culture of safety and engagement : Actively contribute to and support Safety, Health, Environmental, and community programs, promoting a responsible and sustainable business environment
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in performance reporting, strategy development and governance
- 2 years Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing and/or contract management experience
- Advanced conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft analytical applications (Excel, Access)
- Strong task prioritisation skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills
