We are seeking an ambitious Data and Reporting Specialist with a background in business analysis, process improvement, PMO, or data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be part of the P3M team in the West, working closely with the UK P3M community.

Based ideally in our Bristol office, you will contribute to the P3M business plan, work on key client accounts, drive service delivery innovation, and collaborate across the wider AtkinsRéalis organization.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the capture and documentation of client requirements for data and reporting, critically challenging briefs when necessary.
  • Leading the definition of data and reporting strategies.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of new data and reporting solutions, including digital tools development.
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients during solution design and development.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance existing Project, Programme, Portfolio, and PMO reporting to increase data insights.
  • Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reports, and tools.
  • Engaging regularly with client teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other offices, sectors, and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to deliver innovative solutions and strengthen our competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in P3M, business analysis, data/reporting, digital transformation, or process improvement is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of construction is useful but not essential.
  • Awareness of PMOs and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interrogate data and identify performance improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI; familiarity with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Alteryx is a plus.
