Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to cover Cheshire/M6 Corridor. The role involves planned service, maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs on a range of commercial refrigeration equipment, with door-to-door travel paid and overtime opportunities.

This field-based position operates on a 45-hour week with occasional call-outs; a UK driving licence is required and CO2 experience is advantageous.

Formación

• Experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems including display cabinets, bottle coolers and ice machines.
• F-Gas and hydrocarbons qualifications; CO2 experience is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned service and maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Handle reactive breakdowns and fault-finding; perform repairs.
• Work on display cabinets, bottle coolers, ice machines, and packs as part of a mobile field-based role.
• Operate in a 45-hour week with door-to-door travel and overtime opportunities.

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Cheshire /M6 Corridor

Basic Salary: £18-22ph based on 45 hour week, plus Door to Door travel paid & Overtime

We have recently partnered with a leading Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning provider with more than 50 years of industry expertise and a strong reputation. Following continued growth across key accounts and more sites going live in the region, they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to cover Cheshire/M6 Corridor. They have key accounts within food distribution hubs, convenience stores and some restaurants and Pubs.

The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned service and maintenance tasks, reactive breakdowns, fault finding, and repairs.

You will work on a range of commercial refrigeration systems, including display cabinets, bottle coolers, ice machines, packs, compressor packs and other F-Gas-based equipment.

This position is a field-based, mobile opportunity based on a 45-hour working week with door-to-door travel paid, 1-5 call-out rota, with plenty of overtime available.

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Job Requirements

• Based on patch, able to cover Cheshire /M6 Corridor
• Proven experience with the service, maintenance, fault-finding, breakdown and repair of refrigeration systems, display cabinets, bottle coolers and ice machines.
• F-Gas and Hydrocarbons qualifications. Experience with CO2 is advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary £46,000 - £51,500 (depending on experience)
• Door to Door travel paid
• 45 hour week
• 1-5 call out with £100 retainer
• Overtime rates 1.5x and 2x (plenty available)
