Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to service, maintain and handle reactive work across West Yorkshire, covering NHS, hospitality, councils, education and retail catering sites. You will work on display refrigeration, cellar cooling, cold rooms and ice machines.

Applicants should hold City & Guilds Refrigeration/Air Conditioning and FGAS certs, have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel the region.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or equivalent refrigeration/air conditioning qualification.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1) certification.
• Experience on commercial refrigeration equipment: display units, cellars, cold rooms, ice machines.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the West Yorkshire region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and reactive work across West Yorkshire.
• Cover PPM, service and reactive callouts across NHS, hospitality, councils, education and retail catering sites.

Position: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £19.57ph based on 40 hour week

Our client is a well renowned FM company based in the Northwest who specialise in HVAC, Refrigeration and Commercial Catering maintenance and was founded in the 1960s. Currently due to continued expansion in West Yorkshire region an experience Refrigeration Engineer is required to carry out Service, Maintenance and reactive work across the West Yorkshire

The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be covering, service, ppm and reactive call out across various commercial within NHS, Hospitality, Local councils, education/universities and retail catering sites.

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

• City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning.
• FGAS (C&G 2079 Cat 1 or equivalent)
• Strong experience working on commercial refrigeration equipment, such as; Display Refrigeration, Cellar Cooling, Cold Rooms, Ice Machines, Bottle Coolers
• Full UK Driving license
• Able to work across the West Yorkshire region

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary from £19.57 per hour
• Overtime x1.5/x2
• 31 days holiday inc bank holiday - Rising to 34 after 12 months. Plus 1 Day after every 5-year service
• 1 day off for your birthday
