Job summary

Yorkshire Pie Company is seeking a Real Estate Partner in Leeds to lead the growth of the national Real Estate practice. You will handle development, investment and corporate occupier matters, while driving business development and strengthening client relationships.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, work closely with Leeds Partners, and collaborate across the national practice to maximize cross-selling opportunities and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Established Partner or Legal Director with substantial experience in commercial real estate law.
• Experienced in handling commercial property matters including development, investment and corporate occupier matters.
• Strong, portable client following with proven track record of generating own work.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.
• Experienced leader capable of building and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong relationship builder able to work with Partners across a national practice.
• Well connected within the commercial property market, ideally Leeds and wider Yorkshire.
• Strategic in approach to growth of the wider business.

Responsibilities

The Real Estate Partner should be:

• An established Partner or Legal Director with substantial experience in commercial real estate law.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £200,000 to £250,000
