Commercial Property Solicitor - Taunton

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading national law firm into their commercial property team in their Taunton office.

This is a chance to become part of one of the UK's largest and most respected Commercial Property teams, known for handling complex and high-value commercial property transactions across a wide range of sectors.

This commercial property team advises clients at every stage of the property lifecycle, from planning and development through to asset management and disposal. Their client base includes household names, developers, investors, banks, pension funds, charities, and housebuilders.

You'll be exposed to a broad range of commercial property work across sectors such as Real Estate Investment and Development, Social Housing, Retail and Leisure, Telecoms, Green Energy, and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience gained at a leading property practice
• Strong technical and client management skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work
• A desire to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development

You'll be joining a firm that values its people and offers a supportive, flexible working environment. Most of the team works in a hybrid fashion, and for this role, you'll be based in the Taunton office at least twice a week.
