Ready to play a key role in one of the UK's largest and most respected Commercial Property teams? This opportunity offers hands-on experience with some of the biggest players in the housebuilding sector, where you'll advise on everything from land acquisition and planning through to construction, site setup and plot sales.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team with standout credentials, including top-tier rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. With a deep bench of specialist development lawyers and sector-leading insight, this group acts for three of the UK's five largest housebuilders and delivers complex, high-value work across multiple locations.

Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience, to work on housebuilder-focused work while continuing to explore the wider world of commercial property. You won't be siloed in this role and will benefit from a balanced workload working alongside highly respected senior lawyers.

This role offers genuine progression for someone who's enthusiastic and keen to develop. You'll be encouraged to build your network, take part in business development, and embed yourself in key client sectors.
