Realm Recruit Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team with a clear path to Director-level responsibility. You’ll handle high-quality acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and property finance in a supportive, people-first culture, with hybrid working and meaningful progression.

From day one you’ll manage a varied caseload, mentor junior lawyers and build enduring client relationships while contributing to business development and department growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property Solicitor with ability to manage matters independently.
• Experience in acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Mentoring or supervising junior colleagues (desirable).
• Real estate finance experience (desirable).
• Ambitious, collaborative, long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied Commercial Property caseload.
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and property finance.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.

From day one, you’ll manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while building relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. During your first year, you’ll become a trusted sounding board for junior lawyers, contribute to mentoring and begin developing the management skills needed to support the department’s long-term growth. As the team continues to expand, you’ll have a genuine opportunity to establish yourself as the natural second-in-command and progress towards Director-level responsibility.
