Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) for its client in Bury, with hybrid working available. You will manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status with 2–5 years' PQE in commercial property.
• Experience managing a varied commercial property caseload.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, sales and purchases.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and development.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Support growth and reputation of the Commercial Property team.
• Assist with marketing and business development activities and mentor juniors.
