Job summary

Venn Group is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Bristol-based law firm’s growing team. The role involves managing a varied commercial property caseload, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters, and drafting essential documentation.

You will develop client relationships, work with other advisers, and contribute to business development, while maintaining high standards of compliance and file care.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or experienced commercial property lawyer.
• Experience within commercial property is essential.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload.
• Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle commercial leases, renewals, assignments and licences.
• Deal with property development and investment matters where appropriate.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Manage transactions independently in line with your level of experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with colleagues and other professional advisers.
• Contribute to networking, marketing and business development activities.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, file management and client care.
