Venn Group in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team at a leading regional firm. You will handle the full spectrum of freehold/leasehold work, title investigations, and report preparation, while developing close ties with local businesses and developers.

The role requires a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2+ years' experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage a busy caseload in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2 or more years experience.
• Solid technical background in commercial property law and landlord/tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, lease renewals, and licenses for landlords and tenants
• Conducting thorough title investigations and preparing reports on title
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with local businesses, investors, and developers
