TSR Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor in Hereford with 2+ years PQE to manage a varied caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. You will advise business owners, investors, developers, and agricultural clients, building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's ongoing development.

The role offers an excellent progression path under experienced leadership, with an office-based setup and flexibility to discuss working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Confident to manage own caseload and client relationships.
• Agricultural property experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Commercial Property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including business owners, investors, developers and agricultural clients.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions and related agreements.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors to leverage expertise and client relationships.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships while contributing to the department's development.
• Progression opportunities with increasing responsibilities within the firm.
