TSR Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor in Hereford with 2+ years PQE to manage a varied caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. You will advise business owners, investors, developers, and agricultural clients, building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm's ongoing development.

The role offers an excellent progression path under experienced leadership, with an office-based setup and flexibility to discuss working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Confident to manage own caseload and client relationships.
• Agricultural property experience advantageous but not essential.

The Opportunity

• Manage a varied Commercial Property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.

• Advise a diverse client base, including business owners, investors, developers and agricultural clients.

• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, commercial property agreements and associated matters.

• Work closely with experienced senior solicitors and benefit from their knowledge and established client relationships.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the continued development of the department.

• Benefit from genuine opportunities for progression, increased responsibility and involvement in the firm's longer-term succession plans.

About You

You'll ideally have at least 2 years' PQE with solid experience in Commercial Property and the confidence to manage your own caseload.

You'll be commercially minded, personable and comfortable developing relationships with a broad range of clients.

Experience in agricultural property would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates who want to establish themselves within a respected regional practice and develop their careers over the longer term.
