Job summary

Clayton Legal in Nottingham is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a supportive, busy Property Team. You will manage a varied caseload with ownership of matters, including acquisitions/disposals, development, leases, landlord and tenant, and security.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and highly engaged Property Team.

You’ll handle a varied, high-quality caseload and have genuine ownership of your matters, with support from experienced colleagues when needed. The work covers acquisitions and disposals, development, leases, landlord and tenant, reorganisations and banking & security.

The team acts for a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses and charities through to high-net-worth individuals and larger national organisations, meaning there is plenty of variety and scope to develop.

The Role

• Manage your own commercial property caseload from inception through to completion
