This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Be highly organised and efficient
• Handle a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Advise on leases – Landlord & Tenant Matters, Sales, Purchases, and Refinancing
• Have experience in dealing with corporate transactions
• Be comfortable with IT and case management systems
