Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5-10+ years PQE)

With over 100 years of success, the firm continues to build on its strong foundation by expanding its Newbury office due to a surge in high-value commercial property work. It is now seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5-10+ years PQE) to join its highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice onCommercial Leases(Landlord & Tenant matters) with a focus on high-value and complex transactions
• LeadBuying & Selling Commercial Properties, handling leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals for major clients
• Advise onDevelopment & Planning, supporting large-scale commercial developments
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the trusted advisor for owners, occupiers, investors and developers

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5-10years' PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record in complex commercial property transactions
• Demonstrable experience advising a wide range of commercial clients, including landlords, tenants, developers and investors
• A client following is highly desirable, though not essential
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with an eye for detail and a focus on delivering practical, commercial solutions
• A strong business development mindset, with a proactive approach to building client relationships and expanding the firm's commercial property practice
