Simpson Judge in Liverpool is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established firm. The role involves handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion, developing client relationships, and contributing to practice growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE, strong technical skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable with AML and source of funds requirements while delivering high‑quality client service.

Commercial Property Solicitor | Liverpool | 3+ PQE | Excellent Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well‑established and successful firm in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor who wants more than simply managing a caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your career, build relationships and play a genuine role in the continued growth of the practice.

The role

You’ll handle a varied commercial property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and acquisitions
• Development agreements
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Commercial property transactions
• Advising clients on risk and practical commercial solutions
• Managing matters efficiently and maintaining excellent client relationships

Experience with S25 Notices would be advantageous, but is not essential.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years PQE (although strong candidates outside this level will be considered)
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Organised, efficient and able to manage competing deadlines
• Confident in analysing risk and providing practical advice
