Commercial Property Solicitor 1 years PQE+ £45-70K dep on experience – Dartford, Kent

Are you a commercially minded Solicitor looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and supportive firm?

Our client, a well-regarded law firm with a strong local reputation, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their established team in Dartford.

The Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial property matters, acting for a wide range of clients. Work will include:

• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasehold transactions
• Site acquisitions and development
• Secured lending and liaison with financial institutions
• Business sales and purchases
• Occasional residential property work

About you:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE dealing with commercial property matters

Strong communication and analytical skills

Ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines

Some residential conveyancing experience is desirable
