Commercial Property Solicitor - 1-5 PQE - Oxfordshire - Up to £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in North Oxfordshire.

The firm’s commercial property team handles a full range of matters including large corporate transactions for FTSE backed companies as well as privately run companies, acting for clients internationally, nationally and regionally.

The Role

• Managing landlord and tenant matters for both occupiers and investors

The Candidate

• 1-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
• Strong experience across landlord and tenant and acquisitions / disposals
• Confident running a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers in the future
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
