Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Oxfordshire team. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, and work closely with the Head of Commercial to support growth.

You should have 3+ years’ relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, and be client focused with the ability to manage your own caseload and develop client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
• Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.

Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: Negotiable + bonus and benefits | PQE:5+

An established, friendly high street law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful Commercial team in Oxfordshire.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, work closely with the Head of Commercial and play a part in the department’s continued growth.

The Role

Your caseload will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases, including new lease terms, renewals, assignments and underletting
• Lease termination, forfeiture, protected tenancies and contracted-out leases
• Development agreements, options, conditional contracts and overage
• Easements, restrictive covenants and agricultural tenancies
• Related commercial contracts and business development
