About the Role

You'll report to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, leading on high-value commercial property matters within a supportive and progressive legal environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing complex commercial property transactions including acquisitions and lease arrangements
• Preparing auction contracts and handling funding arrangements to tight deadlines
• Providing clear risk assessment and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with corporate, real estate and finance teams for integrated client service
• Mentoring junior colleagues while building valuable client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 4-8 years PQE in commercial property law
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities with excellent client communication skills
• A practical, problem-solving approach to complex legal challenges
• Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining quality and composure
• Commercial awareness with a focus on practical solutions
