Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Sales Progressor for a Blackburn-based role focused on commercial property. You will manage transactions from Heads of Terms through to completion, working closely with solicitors, agents and other stakeholders to keep deals on track.

The position requires a strong background in commercial property, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience progressing commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of the transaction process from Heads of Terms to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage agreed property transactions from Heads of Terms through to offer and completion.
• Monitor and progress transactions to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions.
• Maintain accurate transaction information and provide updates.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently through to completion.
