Qualifications

• Past fee-earning work in Commercial Property.
• Experience managing own caseload in a solicitors' office.
• Knowledge of Commercial Property law and relevant rules/regulations.
• Strong client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Commercial Property matters.
• Assist with a broad range of Commercial Property transactions.
• Take detailed instructions from clients and progress matters efficiently.
• Prepare and review legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research where required.
• Liaise with clients, businesses, official bodies and other professionals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure matters progress within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised files.
• Support Fee Earners and the wider Property team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures, regulations and professional standards.
