Service Care Solutions is partnering with a respected Dorset law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their experience within commercial property.

The role involves assisting with varied property transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and related documents, and coordinating with clients and colleagues to move cases forward in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, ideally within commercial property.
• An interest in commercial property law and a desire to develop their technical knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
• Assisting with the drafting and preparation of contracts, leases, licences and other property-related documents, as appropriate to your experience.
• Liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties to obtain information and progress transactions.
