A privately owned commercial property business is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join the team. This business owns and operates a mixed portfolio, including offices, industrial premises, and retail/leisure properties. The role would suit a Chartered Surveyor proficient in managing all aspects of property management, involved in keeping a portfolio operational.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, handling licenses, sublets, permissions to alter, lease interpretation, assessing rental yields/income, etc. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills – liaising daily with FM’s, site operatives, solicitors, building surveyors, etc.
