Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Central London

Overview:

We’re working in partnership with one of London’s most prestigious landed estates to appoint a Property Manager to their small and highly regarded in-house team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, mixed-use portfolio in Central London - approximately 70% of which is office space.

The Role:

You’ll play a hands-on role in managing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, focusing on service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and efficient building performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Overseeing maintenance and compliance across the estate’s assets
  • Driving tenant engagement and relationship management
  • Coordinating with external contractors and consultants
  • Ensuring high standards of property presentation and operational performance
  • Supporting long-term asset and estate strategies with the wider property team

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in commercial property management, ideally with office assets
  • Strong working knowledge of service charge management and landlord-tenant obligations
  • Proactive, communicative, and comfortable in a client-side or estate environment
  • MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential
