Property Manager

Job Description Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Property Manager to join our expanding, market-leading Global Occupier Services business team in London. You will assist in managing a diverse portfolio for a prestigious account, providing full property management services and collaborating with other business services across Cushman & Wakefield.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure cost-effective operational management of the client portfolio/region.
2. Liaise with clients and third parties (landlords and agents) to ensure uninterrupted use of premises, acting as intermediary between landlord and tenant.
3. Identify and implement cost savings for corporate occupiers.
4. Monitor income collection and tenant liaison for sublet properties.
5. Manage exit strategies for vacated freehold and leasehold properties.
6. Provide strategic advice to clients on lease events as required.
7. Ensure adherence to lease terms and statutory requirements, including inspections.
8. Coordinate with other Cushman & Wakefield teams and professionals to deliver comprehensive service.
9. Maintain direct client contact and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Degree-level estate management qualification or equivalent preferred.
2. Membership of RICS is desirable.

Knowledge & Experience:

1. Approximately 2 years of relevant commercial property experience.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of property management legislation.
3. Technical competence in property management.
4. Basic IT skills (word processing and spreadsheets); experience with industry-specific packages (e.g., TRAMPS/PM&A) is preferred.
5. Background in property management within corporate, public sector, or private practice.
