You will oversee the delivery of a high-quality, compliant commercial property management service, managing a team and ensuring the achievement of financial and service KPIs. Your responsibilities include managing rent, service charges, lettings, lease events, overseeing property sales and lettings strategies, and ensuring compliance and high standards across the portfolio.
Proven experience in managing commercial property operations, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of legislation and transactions, and experience in customer service, project management, and negotiations. MRICS accreditation is desirable.
