Commercial Property Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

I am working with a boutique property consultancy based in Leeds that is looking to expand its team. In a short time, they have established themselves as a key player in the industrial, office, and leisure property markets. With a team of highly experienced professionals, they are now seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join them.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and property inspections, while fostering strong tenant relationships.
  2. Prepare, set, and reconcile service charge budgets in line with the RICS Service Charge Code, ensuring efficient expenditure management.
  3. Collaborate with facilities management and other teams to maintain health and safety compliance across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
  2. Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification).
  3. A proactive, ambitious individual who thrives in a growing, dynamic business.
