Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenancy Management: Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including rent collection, service charge budgeting, and insurance billing. Manage new leasing, lease renewals, and rent reviews efficiently.
2. Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with the internal team and third-party stakeholders to build and maintain strong, productive relationships.
3. Service Charge Budgets: Take full responsibility for the management of service charge budgets and the services provided, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Qualifications: RICS qualification preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Applications from MRICS professionals qualified by experience are also welcome.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of property law, including Section 25 notices.
