Job description

We are working with a district council's growing legal team in the South East who are looking for an experienced locum property lawyer to join their team!

The role will require weekly office presence each Monday, with a view for a start date from 16th June,

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll–over
• Fully remote working arrangement
• Rate: 50–60ph depending on candidate experience
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with leases, licenses, acquisitions, and disposals.
