Our client, a boutique firm specialising in high-stakes commercial disputes, is looking for a senior commercial litigator (6+ PQE) to join their expert team. The firm represents corporate and individual clients across domestic and international commercial and financial markets, including banks, financial institutions, state-owned entities, and high-net-worth individuals.

The team is known for its strategic, commercial approach to resolving business-critical disputes. Partners have decades of experience and regularly appear before the UK’s senior courts, such as the High Court (Commercial Court, Chancery Division, Financial List), Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and other top-tier jurisdictions including the European Court of Justice and Privy Council.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and technically skilled litigator to work closely with market-leading partners on sophisticated, high-value disputes. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of PQE and experience in commercial litigation and civil fraud from a leading law firm.
