WSP Solicitors is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join our growing Commercial Property department. Key Responsibilities

Commercial Property Work & Client Advisory

• Managing your own caseload across a broad range of commercial property matters, including buying, selling, and leasing commercial property.
• Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters and a wide variety of commercial property agreements, including technically demanding documentation.
• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice using plain English.

Client Relationship Management

• Acting for a broad range of commercial clients and developing strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Demonstrating a commercially aware, client‑first approach in all aspects of your work.

Business Development & Profile Building

• Supporting the firm’s marketing and business development activities as appropriate, including networking and relationship building.
• Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the Commercial Property department.

Teamwork & Professional Development

• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.
• Continuing to develop your technical skills, commercial awareness, and professional confidence through internal and external training.

The Ideal Candidate
