eNL is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its thriving Real Estate team in Berkshire. You’ll work on a diverse caseload, including high-value acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects and secured lending.

Qualifications

• Commercial property lawyer with 0–4 years' PQE.
• Experience handling high-value property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and lending.
• Ambitious and eager to progress within a well-established Real Estate team.

Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects and secured lending.
• Build relationships with investors, developers, occupiers and lenders while developing expertise.
