Executive Network Legal Ltd, a leading Legal 500 firm in Cambridge, seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join the expanding team. The role offers exposure to freehold/leasehold matters, development sites, and finance work, with a clear path for progression.

Salary circa £40,000–£50,000 with hybrid working after probation. Applicants should have a seat in commercial property or up to 3 years PQE, and be keen on business development within a supportive environment.

• Seat in commercial property or up to 3 years PQE with caseload in property matters.
• Experience with acquisition, disposal, landlord and tenant, and development sites.

Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-+ PQE – Cambridge – Circa £40,000 - £50,000 DOE – Leading regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

THE ROLE

Are you well versed in all aspects of commercial property? Looking for a friendly and supportive team where you can see your career flourish and progress? An opportunity has arisen at a leading Legal 500 rated practice who are keen to expand their commercial property team through the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. You will be gaining exposure to a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• freehold and leasehold matters
• residential development sites
• property finance work
• landlord and tenant matters
• other property related matters

THE CANDIDATE

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have completed a seat within commercial property or possess up to 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of commercial property matters including acquisition and disposal of properties, landlord and tenant, residential development sites, property finance work and investment matters. Ideal candidates will have proven technical expertise and a desire to assist with business development and generate new business.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
