Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join one of our distinguished clients in West Yorkshire for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be available to attend the office on a full time basis, and will be available at a short notice.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidates should possess a strong background in commercial property law, with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience.
2. A proven track record in handling complex transactions and delivering high-quality client service is essential.
3. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing their workload efficiently, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.

Hourly rate: £40.00 - £60.00 per hour (outside IR35)
