Commercial Property Lawyer needed in Bristol, £46.87ph PAYE - Reference: 5269223

The Property team is looking for an experienced lawyer to undertake a high-profile, high-quality, and complex commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.

We need a lawyer capable of dealing with the full range of commercial property work, including leases, disposals, acquisitions, overage, and development agreements.

This role involves advising on complex, high-profile, and politically sensitive matters to clients, and providing some supervisory support to non-qualified staff (legal assistants, legal officers, and senior legal officers) within the team.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
