Commercial Property Associate – Managing Associate
Location: Exeter

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Exeter office of a highly respected Top 100 UK law firm, consistently recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

The firm’s Commercial Property team acts for a diverse client base including investors, landlords, occupiers and financial institutions, advising on a broad spectrum of real estate matters. With a strong reputation in the market and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and successful team handling high-quality work.

The Role

As part of a well-established Commercial Property practice, you’ll work on a varied caseload and play an active role in supporting both clients and the continued growth of the team.

Your workload will include:

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Managing asset management work across client portfolios
• Supporting telecoms-related property transactions
• Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements and ancillary documentation
• Running transactions through to completion
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees

This position offers excellent exposure to a wide range of commercial property work, providing the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding while building long-term client relationships.

Please note that development and energy matters are handled by specialist teams within the wider firm.
