Job summary

Chadwick Nott in Exeter is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate/Managing Associate to join its Commercial Property team on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role offers a broad commercial property workload in a supportive, high performing team environment.

The successful candidate will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant work, asset management and lead transactions from instruction to completion, with opportunities to supervise juniors and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Location: Exeter (Hybrid working)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £65,000 to £95,000

A respected regional practice is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its Commercial Property team in Exeter. The Role

• Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals

• Working on telecoms matters and associated property issues
• Managing asset management work for investors, lenders, landlords and tenants
• Leading transactions from initial instruction through to completion
