Job summary

Tradebe is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Project Manager to join our Inutec team in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of complex nuclear, engineering and environmental projects, bridging commercial and technical teams to ensure safe, profitable delivery in line with client requirements.

The role suits candidates with background as Project Manager, Contract Manager or Quantity Surveyor who want to advance into broader Technical Project Management within a regulated sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, contract or commercial management for complex engineering or nuclear projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Strong communication across commercial, operations and technical teams.
• Experience with NEC contracts is desirable.
• PRINCE2 or APM qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from contract award through to completion.
• Lead change control, contract variations and compensation events while protecting project margins.
• Identify and manage scope creep to ensure contractual entitlement is maintained.
• Act as the key link between clients, operations, laboratory teams and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and against commercial objectives.
