A well-established construction company is seeking a Nuclear Recruiter to manage daily operations and support senior leaders on projects in Bristol/Bridgwater. Candidates should have commercial experience in large-scale projects and contract knowledge. Competitive package offered, including extra leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience on £5m+ projects.
• Contract knowledge (JCT/NEC; FIDIC desirable).
• Full UK licence; D&A test; UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily commercial operations.
• Draft complex subcontracts; lead weekly meetings.
• Resolve issues; analyse cost/value and performance data.
