Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex nuclear, engineering and environmental projects in the UK. You will bridge commercial and technical teams, ensuring safe, profitable delivery and alignment with client requirements.

The role suits a Project Manager, Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager seeking growth into a broader Technical Project Manager position within a regulated sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or a similar role.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing contracts, variations, change control or compensation events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of projects from contract award through to completion.
• Leading change control, contract variations and compensation events while protecting project margins.
• Identifying and managing scope creep to ensure contractual entitlement is maintained.
• Acting as the key link between clients, operations, laboratory teams and technical stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and against commercial objectives.
