Job Description
Our client is a major player in building large-scale construction projects in retail, commercial, and residential spaces. They are continually refurbishing their asset portfolio to meet modern standards, resulting in a number of special projects on site. The company needs to appoint a hybrid role of Commercial Project Manager to deliver end-to-end management of landlord works, asset enhancements, and development projects across the asset register.
Projects range from £5k to £3.5M and cover all phases from feasibility to aftercare. Key Responsibilities:
