Salary: £48,503 to £73,481 per annum

Location: Croydon – (Hybrid working is possible)

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re currently looking for a client-side (professionally qualified) Project Manager to join our Building Safety Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered construction professional (Building or Quantity Surveyor) with experience in complex projects in private practice, seeking to develop further on the client side.

Based in our Croydon office with hybrid working options, you’ll be part of a team delivering major works nationally in a high-profile sector. Passionate about quality, you will use your skills, knowledge, and experience to procure, deliver, and prioritize works ensuring buildings are safe for residents. You’ll manage technically complex projects, ensuring work is proportionate, high quality, and cost-effective, collaborating with contractors and consultants, and challenging technically and commercially when necessary.

Professionally qualified in a construction-related discipline, with a degree and memberships such as CIOB, RICS, CIH, IFE, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in delivering complex projects across dispersed locations with high customer satisfaction is essential. Sound knowledge of building contracts, financial, and budget management skills are also required.
