Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to drive the success and profitability of our Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) product portfolio. You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements and support the development and launch of new products in a fast-paced global environment.

You will gather customer insights, build business cases, and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing and Sales to deliver growth and commercial value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong commercial focus and customer understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Well organised with good prioritisation and planning.
• Experience in product management or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including business case development.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CIJ product portfolio profitability.
• Develop product strategies and growth opportunities.
• Gather customer, market, and competitor insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and customers to define requirements.
• Define business cases for new product development projects.
• Lead early-stage projects with Gate 1 and Gate 2 ownership.
• Work with R&D, Operations, Marketing and Sales across the lifecycle.
• Support go-to-market planning for new products.
