Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a senior product leader for the Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) portfolio. You will own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and global commercial success for one of Videojet's largest product lines.

You will set a strategic vision, drive growth, profitability, and coordinate with regional leaders and engineering, production, and sales teams. The role requires 5–7 years in product management, strong market insight, and a track record of launching new products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of product management or related role.
• Experience delivering successful product launches.
• Senior product role at director level with technical product preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and commercial success of CIJ portfolio.
• Develop 1- and 3-year product plans, business cases, use cases, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive sales growth and P&L for products.
• Create sales enablement materials: ROI/TCO tools, guides, sell sheets.
• Coordinate global launch plans and internal marketing support materials.
• Work with Marketing on demand generation and target segments.
• Gather field insights to inform product decisions and roadmaps.
• Lead bug fixes, updates, and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
