Reporting to: Group COO & CFO

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Procurement Manager to join a dynamic and growing aerospace business. This senior-level role is responsible for leading all commercial and procurement activities across multiple business units, with a strong focus on contract management, supplier relations, and driving profitable growth.

You will lead a team of commercial and procurement professionals, overseeing the full contract lifecycle with both customers and suppliers. This includes negotiation of terms, risk identification, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as HMRC import/export and export control. You will play a key role in supporting new business initiatives, working closely with Business Development and Operations teams to align commercial strategies with company capabilities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within an MRO or aerospace manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of contract law, commercial negotiation, and supply chain management. You’ll be a confident leader, capable of managing multiple teams and priorities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
