Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking a talented Commercial Plumbing Engineer in South Yorkshire. You will be an essential part of a mobile team where you will handle various plumbing systems and maintain up-to-date site paperwork and permits. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in plumbing or HVAC roles and come from a Facilities Maintenance background.

The role requires flexibility and good teamwork, alongside a minimum requirement of an Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship. Company benefits include a vehicle and 25 days of holiday.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years’ experience in plumbing, HVAC, or maintenance engineering.
• Familiarity with unvented hot water heaters and plumbing systems.
• Experience in Facilities Maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a mobile team focusing on plumbing engineering tasks.
• Maintain site log books, permits, and paperwork.
• Provide client-focused service while being flexible in your approach.

• To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.

The Commercial plumbing Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Our client is looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.

Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.

Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.

Qualifications

Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement (NVQ 2/3).
