Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Commercial team due to organic growth.
Joining a dynamic team focusing on working within an established team, you will be responsible for the strategic contract management, development and revenue growth of your region including the following key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
•To provide monthly and quarterly market analysis and insight reports covering diagnostic scanning activity, waiting times, competitor activity and competitor spend.
• To manage our suite of key client contract performance reports, coordinating updates and changes between the commercial team, operations and IT.
• To provide reports and analysis on sales metrics and performance.
• To develop and maintain Key Account plans in collaboration with the commercial leads and wider Medica customer interaction teams.
• To develop and deliver our Sales MarComms plan with marketing, aligned to our commercial and budget priorities.
• To ensure our sales marketing collateral is updated with changes from marketing team and distributed to the commercial team.
• To manage our sales marketing contact database, ensuring it is ready for use by both the commercial and marketing teams.
• To collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the resources and service knowledge to achieve their targets.
• To act as key coordinator for changes and developments to the NetSuite CRM, including harmonisation of data with other departments and systems.
• To work with the finance and data services teams to ensure new reporting requirements are scoped and delivered.
• To manage our commercial file storage structure, ensuring files are easily accessible and up to date for use by the commercial team.
• To represent commercial within process, workflow, or technical change forums to ensure that the impact to customers is understood, and commercial tasks are captured and progressed effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience in managing contracts, including pricing and contract proposals + negotiations.
• Strong experience in a similar sales role and building a pipeline.
• Strong experience in developing and delivering sales presentations.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced organisation that is constantly changing.
• Experience in managing contractual relationships in a service sector environment.
• Has worked within or alongside a commercial team previously.
• Has worked alongside and interacted with marketing in the past.
