Job Description:

We're looking for a highly analytical person to join our commercial team as our Commercial Planning Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Planning, you'll use your data analysis skills to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimize pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives from a B2B/B2C perspective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pricing and Promotions: Assisting in evaluating B2B pricing strategies and promotional activities to optimize revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports, and presenting findings to aid decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Budget Support: Contributing to the ongoing analysis of sales levers and performance versus targets.
  • Commercial Analytics: Using data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Supporting the product management team in evaluating product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies and alignment across departments.

Requirements include a relevant degree and around 3 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
